Pacific Standard Painting launches in Los Angeles on the back of a decade of managed condo and HOA repaints. The name is the standard: prep that nobody sees, a written scope nobody has to argue about, and a single accountable contact from the first walk-through to the final sign-off.
Most of our work happens in buildings that can't close — occupied condo towers, busy offices, HOA communities with real people in them. That shaped how we work: low-VOC products, phased and after-hours scheduling, tidy crews, and the documentation a board or owner needs on file before we start.
